The CANTROL  Laboratory Automatic Specimens End Grinder is designed for precise grinding of concrete cylinder ends, ensuring accurate and reliable laboratory testing results. Proudly manufactured in Canada, this grinder is suitable for concrete cylinders of multiple standard sizes, including 3 specimens of 100 × 200 mm (4 × 8”) and 2 specimens of 150 × 300 mm (6 × 12”).

The machine features an adjustable grinding speed (mm/min) and a pre-set digital timer ranging from 0–100 minutes, providing precise control for every grinding operation. A 230 mm diamond grinding wheel is included to achieve superior planeness accuracy of 0.05 mm. After the end grinding process, the moving table automatically returns to its initial position for convenience and efficiency.

The grinder also includes a stainless steel water tank with easy access, inlet, and outlet for effective cooling during the grinding process, ensuring long-lasting performance of both the grinding wheel and concrete specimens.
